What? No Food Details?

Well this week was a blur and I can't remember much of it since it was mostly spent in anticipation for the call Sunday.  Monday was a good P-day where we found out transfers. We went and said goodbye to the Rectors.

Tuesday we went to goodwill one last time. Everyone was a in a good mood and they even had like 1000 cookies for the people to eat. It was a happy fun time because Diane wasn't there to make everyone angry.  Then we had lunch at McDonald's. Then we packed and cleaned for a bit. Went and saw Karen and Everett to say goodbye. They said that they don't wanna get the lessons anymore unless the next missionaries are just as cool... Yikes. Hopefully things go well there. Had dinner with the Shepherd family. That was the best last dinner anyone could of have hoped for. They are just a super cool family. They'd do anything for you. Then we went out with Bishop Dickman to see some people. That was good and fun.

Wednesday were transfers. I was so tired at the end from all the moving and the seeing of friends and getting to a new area. It's a cool place. Has rich people and has poor people. We cover the YSA ward as well. Two people are lined up to be baptized right now. Corina wants to be baptized on the 27th of May. Chad wants to be baptized on June 10th. They are both super cool and have awesome stories. I love Elder Cluff! He quite possibly will be one of my favorite companions! He's from Missouri and played Rugby. The members we live with are out of town right now. So I haven't met them. We have a ghetto basement to live in though. I finally get out of a bunk bed though so it's nice. And we have our own kitchen area too so that's even more nice.

Thursday we had district meeting that I didn't even have to conduct for. It was good to just be there and participate. It's way less stressful let me tell ya. We had a lesson with Devin Wu after that. He's a chinese Recent convert and he's a homie. He is so cool. He's in the Marine corps and that's where he was baptized. Then we had a lesson with Chad and answered any questions that he had about anything in the Gospel. We will teach him the Plan of Salvation later. Had dinner at Chipotle. Then we went and saw a lady named Christina Geiger and helped move her room to a trailer across the road. She is getting kicked out of her own house so that her uncle can move in or something. Hahaha that's messed up. Then we found a new investigator just from tracting so we will see how solid she is but her name is Stephanie.

Friday we did service at a the Arvada food bank with Elder MacPherson. That was so fun to be there with him. Talked about good ol' times. Then we taught a crazy lady named Nancy. She claims she has been baptized but I didn't want to remind her that she told us she was in a crazy hospital for 30+ years... Hopefully she puts two and two together. Then we saw a guy named Gilbert who dyes his hair purple to keep the grey from showing. Went tracting then we tried by a lady we found the other day but she didn't answer.

Saturday we started out by tracting. Then we went by Giblert again to do some service but we didn't do any and as he was smoking a Cigarrette and drinking a monster he told us he has Cancer and was wondering why it had to happen to him... We basically said that he should've listened to his doctor when he said to stop smoking and eat better because of the diabetes. Poor guy. then we did some service for Bruce Banner I mean Bill. He looks just like the guy off Avengers though. He's flipping a house so we helped him with the landscape in the backyard. After that we went tracting then we ate dinner at home. After dinner we had a lesson fall through. Then we did a pass off lesson with the zone leaders and it took forever! We were there for like 90 minutes or something! I was falling asleep because it was 9:20pm by the time we left. ayyyyy. those zone leaders do like to talk. \

Sunday was a lot of church. from 10am to 4pm about. Then we skyped you! Then we ate dinner and played some ping pong after that in the basement. Then we went and saw a guy named Jeff who just proceeded to cut out stitches from his head the whole time we were there. It was really weird because there were Octopus weed pipes everhwere with his uncle rambling from the bedroom. He's legit insane. Had 3 strokes and is somehow still alive and can't talk or move very well. He just walks in and out of his bedroom all day... kinda creepy.

And that's us! Love you!
