It is Colorado

No I definitely don't feel like my name is Jordan anymore. When I got my bike they called me by my first name and it threw me off a little and I didn't know how to respond. The other missionaries with me laughed at me and asked if I knew my own name. Which I don't.... It changes all the time. Faith sent me some pinenuts with her little birthday package too. I cooked them with tinfoil in the pan which doesn't work btw. I ended up not using the tin foil. Got the whole apartment smelling like pine trees and it was wonderful. None of the other Elders liked them though which was good because I got them all to myself. Sounds like it's just an endless party back home. I feel like now that I am gone ya'll are just partying it up...

As of right now we have not gone to Ward Council because of General Conference last month but this coming Sunday is Ward Council which we will be going to. We have a Ward Coordination meeting every Sunday before church where it's like ward council but not? I'm not sure what the difference is. Our ward mission leader is Brother J.... and he's pretty cool.  He tells jokes and stuff but when you joke with him you don't know if he thinks it's funny or not. We have dinner every night of the month which is awesome. But sometimes you just want a break from going to some strangers house every night and eating. Our Area is about 2 miles square. So it's really small compared to SC 5th ward. And since today is the start of a new transfer we got a car! Even though we don't really need it. Just to get us to the meetings and stuff on the other side of town.

As of right now we don't have any sisters in the district but in the zone we have a companion or two. We hardly see them so when we do we get along fine. Not sure if there are Elders and Sisters who don't get a long... ;)

I guess the highlight of this week has been finding a new Investigator. Her name is D..... and she's 15 years old. I wasn't even with my companion because we were doing a split dealio with the YSA missionaries. We were tracting an apartment complex trying to find young single adults for those guys. It was fun. More people are friendly than not when tracting which is a surprise but a nice surprise I guess. Also my friend Elder McGauley from South Carolina got transferred which was kind of sad. Hopefully the new guys that replace him and his comp are as cool as he was. Yesterday we went by the Elementary School to see if some guys were playing some basketball and there were. So we hopped in and played with them. The hoops are like 9' tall so only a few of us could dunk and it was way fun. They are super cool. We invited them to come play at the church with us this week. Hopefully they'll make it.

OH! which reminds me... On Tuesday when we went to go play ball at the church the Piney Creek elders, (The other ward) brought some investigators and they were chillin in a room just talking but they had to leave to change into some regular clothes to play basketball so my comp and I walk in and they were smoking some Mary Jane (Marijuana)!!! IN THE CHURCH!!!! I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry.... One is named C... and the other is S...... Both guys are super cool. Well Elder Millburn literally takes 2 seconds to email and he's always waiting on me. So I feel bad. Peace out until next week!
