Monday we didn't get to do much. We had dinner with the Rychlik family again. They are always nice. After that we didn't have much to do so we walked home.
Tuesday we Tracted our brains out. We crushed so many streets that day. But still didn't find anyone. It was also quite cold and miserable outside. The day started off with snowing but it got a little sunny until later in the afternoon then it really came down. One lady told us to come back in an hour and a half so we were hittin' up streets around then instead of going to lunch so we could talk to her but when we went back she didn't answer.... Ayyy lady. Had dinner with Brother Anderson who took us out to Chipotle since his kid had the stomach flu. Then we had him drop us off near the Woods to maybe see them. they didn't answer the door though and it was snowing so hard. Walking home in it. It wasn't the nice snow either. The nasty wet snow that stings when it hits you.
Wednesday was a lot better. No snow and sunny skies. My favorite. We did have to get up at 0500 though so I could get to and conduct a Baptismal interview at 0700. Faith passed though so that's good. She even got baptized too! First interview that actually went through with the baptism. We had a meeting after that so we didn't have to walk home. Then we tracted some more later on. Didn't meet anyone too noteworthy. Had dinner with the Cottle family. She made us some good french toast. Nice and classic. We visited the Leavitts after that partly because I'm sick of tracting here and mostly because we are starting to just teach active members to hopefully spur up some missionary minded people in this place.
Thursday we had district meeting as always. One of the sisters in my district got up and basically ranted at everyone for tracting so much because it never works. It was kind of funny because I don't think she realized that the investigator they baptized was found tracting.... Afterwards we went tracting :) We got some little caesars pizza for dinner and afterward we went to an Eagle Scout court of honor. We met the mayor and everything who was there. It was awesome to be able to sit in the Eagle's nest with everyone not gonna lie.
Friday we did some tracting. And when we went to dinner I was in a bit of a rush and we knocked on the wrong house. The guy was super nice and we talked with him a bit. But sadly it wasn't a cool story of baptizing someone from knocking the wrong house. After dinner we had a lot of people to go by but I kid you not not a single one soul answered their door. Friday nights man.... ugh
Saturday went well. We had an appointment with a guy named Joe but he didn't show. or rather didn't answer his door whether he was home or not I don't know. Then we stopped by a random family and they were in the middle of preparing a lesson on the Restoration so we helped them out with that. They used cups and the apostles as an object lesson. It was pretty cool. Then we went tracting and talked to a guy with a sweet Corvette Stingray. He wasn't interested... probably too worldly or something.. xD
Sunday Wasn't too bad. I did get a gnarly headache though from Fasting or something. I was so dizzy during the last block of church. But all went well and I didn't pass out. We had dinner with the Leavitt family then we went to another Family with Brother Anderson to share the ward mission plan with. Stopped by a kid named Collin too who Brother Anderson is good friends with. He introduced us and hopefully we will start taking him with us to some lessons we hopefully will start teaching.
And that was the week. Not much new but nothing bad happened I call it a success.
