Nothing Beats Good Food

Well just think.... if I had my life together I would be seeing you in like 3 days going to school. But! I'm sure there are gonna be some blessings or something that come from it. I'm changing wards to Arvada 6th. It's nothing different than what 4th was. I'm just sad that I'm losing the YSA ward. They are what made life bearable up here in Arvada. My new companion will be Elder Elkington. He's pretty cool been out for a little less than I have. Should be fun... Well I'm praying that these last 42 days will be good at the very least. This week was a good one. Elder Brammer was very very trunky. hahaha. I don't blame him though.. this is a tough area.

Monday we didn't have much to do. FHE was at some swimming pool so naturally we didn't go. We did go to Illegal Burger and had dinner though. That could've been an FHE activity in itself. As I have learned a lot on my mission. One of the most prominent things is Nothing Beats Good Food. And that's that.

Tuesday we helped some other missionaries move a person they met. It wasn't a very clean apartment and all the stuff we were moving was not stuff worth keeping in my own opinion of course. We busted that out and then we all went and got some Taco Bell and ate it together at the church. Then we went to Bingo. It was all sorts of array. New people new employees that didn't know what was going on when we walked in to play bingo.  Afterwards we tracted a little bit and had dinner. We are trying to get to know the new people and search out those the ward council doesn't know and let me tell ya. We received more mean and angry people than you would have guessed. We then went to go get Shakes at sonic after 8pmbecause they are half off until August 22nd to celebrate my 50 day left mark. In all actuality I was done tracting for that day so that's why we went ;) Oh also we got some free subway from a dope dude. We met him the day before going to Illegal Burger and he said to come by tomorrow and I'll give you guys free stuff because you are elders and it's my last day so they can fire me if they want. #EatFresh&BeFresh #EatFreshLosers

Wednesday We went to the library for Elder Brammer to get some MyPlan stuff done. I watched everyone else ask funny questions to the staff the whole time. Like "How do I log into the computer" or "How do I listen to CD"s on the computer" Oh the joys in life we have. We tracted our brains out that day and some dude threatened to call the police on us just cause he was Jehovah's witness. We had a pass-off lesson with some sisters teaching a couple YSA people. But turns out they will probably jsut keep teaching them since our church is like 30 min drive from them adn they don't want to commute that far.... It's whatevs. I don't cover that ward anymore sooooo yeah. fun stuff! We had dinner with a part member family who were super cool! They have a second home in Logandale, NV so we like are best friends. Even if I have no idea where that's at. I can only assume it's down by Vegas because that's where everyone is from if they are from Nevada.

Thursday was sweet. We had several appointments so we didn't have to do much finding. District meeting was that day and I gave a legit training on Humility. It was probably the best training ever given. ;) if you are catching my drift here. We met with Devin! He's still doing well. He's trying to get to the temple but doesn't want to drive that far haha. So we are gonna try to get him a group to go with here this next couple of weeks. Well the sisters that are replacing us anyway are going to try that. No one had us for dinner so it was oatmeal and maple syrup for me.

Friday was a whole lot of nothin'. we went to the office for Brammer's interview with pres before he goes home but holy smokes he was running like 1.5 hours behind. So we were there for a while. and still had some weekly planning to do.

Saturday was mainly Elder Brammer packing all day. Getting rid of most of his stuff so he can fit it all on the plane.

Sunday we met with Corina and taught the law of chastity. We went to dinner with the Rozeski family who have a sweet house. It's the dream. Pool in the backyard with a tv speakers nice patio... the fix. We had to watch everyone swim around for the hour we were there but the food was worth it. :) Anthony was our last stop. He's doing good just trying to get this whole hebrew thing straightened out for him but don't know how since I don't speak hebrew. something about Elohim being Yahweh. Idk. And that's us!

Love you!
