Stetson and Stellar are my dudes!! Love those kids! Straight up studs is what they are.
Haha nice! It's always good to have relatives in the middle of nowhere in case there's some happen chance car wreck also in the middle of no where!!! Smart thinking not driving at night though! Especially on those sketch back roads.
So we get $139 a month. It's not that hard for me to stay on budget but for some it is. Like my companion. Literally buys as much stuff he can the first week and blows all his money. Also buys stuff like page protectors for some reason i don't even know. But me it's simple. Milk and Cereal or breakfast. Bread and Ramen for lunch. Easy as pie.... I get free peanut butter and jelly and honey from my man Caesar Hansen. Just brings it to me wherever I get transferred to. It's pretty easy to stay within. So transfers are happening on Wednesday. I'm moving up north to Brighton. The ward is like Buffalo run and Barr lake... It's all like farm land and stuff I guess. Hopefully this will be fun! Not sad to leave but not glad to go either. There were pretty cool people in this ward.
The rundown of the week is as follows. Tuesday we spent the whole day doing p-day stuff. Had a few lessons with Sally and a lady named TiYana. TiYana is a person whose door we knocked because she was playing some good music. Had a lesson and she said we could come back. It's not always that easy folks... don't get the wrong ideas now.
Wednesday we had a few more lessons. Along with Zone meeting. It wasn't a bad meeting this time around. Learned a thing or two for sure. We had to give our investigator John off that day. So sad but he belongs in the other YSA ward. Nothin' like workin' hard just to give it away.... Met with Aaron Troemner as well. Went to his house and had donuts and milk with him. Had a lesson as well so we didn't waste our time ;)
Thursday was a good fun filled day of knocking doors. Got a few lessons out of it. We met a less active guy named Alex. He is one of the most layed back guys I've ever met in my life. He was so chill and fun to talk to. Could've talked for hours but only talked for one. Then went back on
Saturday and talked some more. Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Holly took us there for dinner. She is super cool when we aren't trying to talk about the gospel. Then of course I took like 4 bags of peanuts home. Nothing like free food!!! haha.
Friday we didn't end up meeting with Holly because she had to go up to the ranch and see ol' reno boy... again. She goes up there like twice a day every day I swear. And lets us know everytime so we can pray for her to drive safe.
Saturday we finally had bball in the morning so the day wasn't that bad. Did a lot of service too. Made me miss home because we were just shoveling dirt and building a retaining wall. Something we would've done back home or similar to it. Then of course met with my boy Alex again.
Sunday we had another lesson with Aaron and one with Anthony! Anthony and I are gonna play some computer together when I get home. He's super awesome. and then today is just basketball and not shopping because I'm getting transferred.
Love you so much Mom! Think about you almost everyday ;)
