My District is Awesome!

I don't think I'm a punk to the sister missionaries. I've got two sets so they make up half the district! Gotta be nice to look good... It's pretty easy to make them laugh though so that's good.

Oh man this week was way too stressful. Not a fan at all.... I'm thinkin' it gets easier but we will see. It's fun though. My trainee is doing awesome. He's from South Carolina doesn't have an accent and he's been a member for about a year and a half. His parents aren't all that supportive because his mom has cancer and they think he's just bailin' right before this but they think it's a good thing to do. He's got a lot of energy and still on the MTC high... Nothing discourages him and it's kind of annoying I'm not gonna lie. But still love him haha! Being District Leader is good... I have to like call people all the time now and it's kind of a nightly drag for me. Not good at talking to people. So I just basically conduct district meetings and push the missionaries to do more work? that's what I've gathered so far. Other than that you know as much as I do. My District is awesome! The YSA sisters are cool. I served around one of them for a transfer. The Brighton sisters are hard to talk to so that's always an awkward call. The Zone Leaders are way cool. I'm glad Vaoifi is home. We have Elder Baxter and Gray now. Maybe ask again next week when I actually know what to do. :)

This week was sad, happy and stressful and I could have totally done without it. Monday we did normal p-day stuff. Tuesday we went and helped my boy Arland with some of his stuff at his house. Come to know that he races mustangs and builds his own racing engines in his garage. Got his name and number down so I can go visit him after the mish. Spent the day packing. Well my companion packed. I just stressed the whole time remaking my bed over and over because it had wrinkles no matter what. E. Driscoll came over and hung out with us until we had a lesson at 5 with Brother Johnson again. This one went fast and we just read some scriptures and got out of there. The wife was being a punk again and I didn't want to deal with that just yet.

Wednesday I got to drive all by myself to the mission office. Literally blew so many miles but hey. I got to be alone for a bit! Picked up the new guy. I couldn't eat lunch I was so nervous though. But we lived.

Thursday we had district meeting. Set some district goals and such. Have a goal for like 3 baptisms.

Friday we did some weekly planning. We saw Paul again. Had a good convo about going to church and stuff with him. Didn't show up though on Sunday. Punk...

Saturday we got in contact with a lot of people that have been swervin' us lately. So now we have appointments with them again next week.

Sunday was awesome so Will came to church again even though we haven't taught him yet. And this time he brought me some bumper stickers from this NRA thing he did. Yeah that was awesome... Stop Hillary I guess. Yep it's stressful but it's good for me they say! Love you!
