We get to listen to music. It's not that strict at all. It's basically what you and your companion decide that brings in the spirit. Which can be a good and a bad thing I guess. There's a pool in our complex that has speakers and the radio playing on them 24/7 so sometimes I'll go purposely past the pool to be able to hear some "gentile" music as everyone calls it.

There are a couple of families that we are teaching. They're part member families and the dad is the member but is less active and the wife and kids aren't members.... yet. It's fun teaching little kids because they actually listen to you and have good questions without challenging what you're saying. It's harder talking to adults because they assume they know better than us. I don't feel anymore confident as I felt last week. We didn't really teach any discussions this week. We were just full on checking up on less active members and recent converts. And I have not received the package but I'll probably get it from the Zone Leaders today because it's "Zone P-day" whatever that is. I just am looking forward to a basketball and a basketball hoop.

Lets see, This week went by quick but took forever at the same time. Every Monday night we go to Sister L's house and have dinner and read scriptures. The next day we go to the Alzheimer's assisted living place and go knock doors for a bit. We knocked the whole neighborhood but nobody answered the door except for the last lady. And she yelled at us because she has a sign that says No Soliciting. Which makes sense, I guess we are only selling ETERNAL SALVATION. I don't think she understood that. One day she will realize.

I can't really remember anything else that happened this week. It all went by so fast. Actually I went on exchanges Saturday for the first time. It's no different than being with your regular companion. All we did all day is help set up an awareness thing at the park for down syndrome. It was a nice change of pace from the stuff we do the rest of the week. We just helped set up tents and fences and games and such.  Sunday was Fast and Testimony meeting here. I'm getting to the know the members more and more which is exciting.

A primary teacher Sister Hartt asked us if we would go in at the end of her class and talk to the kids. They were so happy to see us it was funny. The lesson was about feeding sheep and the teacher asked the class if they knew what that meant. They all thought that the missionaries were the sheep and they fed us. We had been to all their houses for dinner. My companion and I laughed at that. All the kids think that Missionaries are perfect. Which they most definitely aren't. Well that's pretty much all that's new this week. Love you!
